The Atmos Project sets out to purchase and develop the former Dairy Crest milk processing plant

We have developed the Atmos Project to meet many of the economic and social requirements of Totnes and its parishes. We want to create a vibrant place for businesses, visitors and the whole community.

Our Vision for the Atmos Project:

1. To be a unique, contemporary, globally significant, carbon neutral site development.

2. To be an inspiring place to live, work, learn and relax.

3. To be partially owned and managed as a community enterprise closely aligned to the emerging response to peak oil.

4. To complement and improve the prosperity of other organisations in the area by attracting new investment, new talent and new customers.

5. To establish a meaningful connection with this historic town; selecting environmentally responsible materials and building forms.
